Manufacturers fight against manipulation of Chinese currency

Some manufacturers and economists argue the Chinese government's refusal to open the yuan to open market fluctuations gives Chinese products a 15% to 40% advantage over U.S.-made goods. Others, however, stress the Chinese position is good for international trade and provides a sense of security for currency fluctuations.
