Sharp says "water-oven" can aid in weight loss

Using super-heated steam, Sharp says its "water oven" is designed to sweat fat out of food. The company claims a steak cooked in the oven has 13% less fat than a steak that is pan-fried. Sharp began selling the oven in Japan last month and has plans to launch the product in the U.S. in the future.
