2 California casinos to add more than 800 slot machines

The California Gambling Control Commission granted slot licenses to two North County casinos. The San Pasqual Indian band plans to add 428 slot machines to its Valley View Casino, while Harrah's plans to add 400 slot machines to its Rincon Casino. The additional licenses resulted from a lawsuit over California's limit of 32,000 licenses for slot machines across the state.
