Association offers guideline for communicating with virtual students

The International Association for K-12 Online Learning has released a research brief outlining methods educators can use to better communicate with online students. Key concerns include facilitating interaction, being adept with Web technology and learning methods of instructing students in real time or on a delay. The organization has also outlined national standards for online teaching.
