Water system to help building earn LEED gold rating

A complex water conservation system inside Boston's Russia Wharf building will help the structure earn a LEED gold rating. The conservation system will collect almost all the water that lands on the building's roof and use it for landscape irrigation and air conditioning. The building, which is expected to be finished in 2011, will also include floor-to-ceiling windows to help cut electricity use.
