$1.3B Quincy Center project has a proposed time line

On Monday, the City Council of Quincy, Mass., received a 73-page Land Disposition Agreement from New York-based developer Street-Works. It's the first step in forging a time line for the $1.3 billion project to overhaul the city center -- work that could stretch 30 years. "The key is getting started; once you get started, the thing's going to start to move quickly," said Quincy Mayor Thomas Koch.
