Yum! Brands raised its full-year forecast, after reporting stronger-than-expected international sales at its Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and KFC chains. Closer to home, Yum! CEO David C. Novak told analysts that, while there's no quick fix for declining sales at KFC's U.S. outlets, there's a plan in place to reinvigorate the brand that includes improving restaurant operations and providing health-conscious consumers with balanced grilled-chicken options.
