Changing mindset on food intake shows little effect on weight

Using a five-step behavioral approach to promote healthy eating did not appear to induce significant weight loss, according to an analysis of studies by The Cochrane Library. An expert said changing one's mindset on food intake is not enough and that people need to eat less and exercise more to lose weight.
