Interest in retirement plans rises among small employers

Retirement advisers say more small employers want to offer retirement savings plans to attract workers, a change from years past. In a recent survey, 66% of small-business owners said retirement plans are key to drawing skilled employees. For small businesses reluctant to jump into big plans, some experts recommend setting up "starter" plans that are easier and more affordable to administer.
