RD offers tips on eating healthy to gain weight

Registered dietitian Cynthia Sass writes that for those who want to gain pounds, the best way is to eat often and to choose healthy but dense foods, such as dried fruit, that have lots of carbohydrates, protein and fat in small portions. She suggests choosing items from at least three food groups for each meal and having a healthy snack before bedtime.
