School-food blogger "Mrs. Q" identifies herself, touts book

"Mrs. Q," a blogger who wrote about the poor quality of school lunches, has identified herself as Sarah Wu, a speech pathologist in Chicago public schools, and is promoting a book, "Fed Up With Lunch." Diane Pratt-Heavner of the School Nutrition Association says there have been many changes in school menus, and she calls Wu's story "one snapshot in one school across the country."
