Dunkin' Donuts to feature Twitter fans in new spots

Following up on the success of its Vine-based television spots, Dunkin' Donuts will launch two advertisements Oct. 14 featuring two fans who have written positive things about the brand on Twitter. "You can imagine the reaction when they were told on the phone that they could appear in a national TV commercial. [Our team] went through thousands and thousands of tweets before deciding on those two," said Dunkin' marketing chief John Costello.
