Potbelly takes off in 1st day of trading

Shares in Chicago-based sandwich chain Potbelly sold for a higher-than-expected $14 each in the newly public company's first day of trading Friday. Investors hope the 300-store chain may follow in the footsteps of Chipotle, whose shares opened at $22 on the day of its 2006 IPO and have since risen to $427.
