Schneiderman: Using early market data is "insider trading 2.0"

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman says high-frequency traders who use market information obtained ahead of other investors are engaging in "insider trading 2.0." He says his office is investigating traders who benefit from receiving market data early.
