Utah district's librarians redesign their role amid budget woes

Seven full-time school librarians in the Ogden, Utah, district have revamped their job duties after most of their colleagues were laid off last year. They worked out a plan, including advising classroom teachers on technology and co-teaching research skills to students in the classroom, such as an upcoming effort to work with Ogden High School government students on writing bills.
