South Beach diet: The post-Atkins plan?

A new low-carb, high-protein diet called the South Beach diet was introduced last April and is similar to the Atkins diet. The new plan, differs, however, in that it pushes unsaturated fats such as olive oil, nuts and fish and allows carbohydrates, as long as they are high in fiber.
