Loss of demand drops oil below $90 a barrel

For the first time since February, oil prices are less than $90 a barrel. After the price reached a record $147.27 on July 11, many experts believed it would keep soaring past $200 this summer. However, demand has reversed even though Gulf of Mexico gasoline production is still limited.
