Familiar brands are getting star treatment in ad campaigns

Brands including Kraft, Jell-O and Post, once considered unexciting staples, are now getting major campaign pushes as consumers return to traditional meals they prepare at home. "There's a strong opportunity for these well-known brands, and they're capitalizing on it," said George Belch, marketing department chairman at San Diego State University.
