Fed analyst sees CRE loan losses hitting 45% for banks:

Banks are stalling on posting losses related to commercial real estate loans, according to a Federal Reserve report. In the report and a presentation, Fed analyst K.C. Conway suggested regulators might be facing a period similar to the housing-related losses that hit banks. Commercial real estate loan losses could reach 45% next year, according to the report.
