Fugitive mastermind of Rwandan genocide arrested in Uganda

A fugitive intelligence officer charged with masterminding the mass murder of Rwanda civilians has been captured in Uganda. Idelphonse Nizeyimana, who was indicted for crimes against humanity by the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda nine years ago, more recently was accused of atrocities in eastern Congo, where he commanded an army of rebel Rwandan soldiers.
