SBA report overlooks big-business winners

The Small Business Administration reported in August that federal agencies spent $93.3 billion in small-business contracts last year, $10 billion more than last year. However, billions of dollars in contracts earmarked for small businesses were awarded to large business, and the two top SBA contract winners, VSE and AAI, are multibillion-dollar corporations.
