Study associates BPA with aggression in girls

Bisphenol A, a chemical found in plastics, may be linked to aggression or hyperactivity in young girls, researchers reported, but they said they did not know what biological mechanism might cause the increase in aggressive behaviors after BPA exposure. An official from a group that represents the chemical industry said this and similar studies have "no capability to establish cause and effect, only associations."
