Department of Justice looks into foreclosures:

The Justice Department has launched an investigation into the foreclosure processes of the nation's leading mortgage lenders. Attorney General Eric Holder said the department will look into claims that "robo-signers" have been used improperly amid calls for a broad moratorium on foreclosures. The situation has prompted attorneys general from across the country to look into foreclosures and at least three major banks have suspended such actions.
