Guiding Stars sheds light on nutrition at Homeland Grocery

Homeland Grocery is said to be the first Oklahoma company to adopt the Guiding Stars nutrition-ranking system, which uses shelf tags to rate food on a scale of one to three stars. About 1,500 stores nationwide use the system, which analyzes factors such as fiber, vitamins, trans fats, sodium and cholesterol.
