Adult-only desserts are not for teetotalers

Desserts that combine sophisticated flavors with alcohol are appearing on restaurant menus all over South Florida. Chef Michael Bennett of the Bimini Boatyard & Grill in Fort Lauderdale, for example, makes a dessert called Jack Black, a chocolate mini-cake infused with vodka, chocolate liqueur and dark creme de cacao.
