Boeing is studying how to recycle composite materials from 787s

Now that Boeing has delivered its first 787 Dreamliner, engineers at the company are working on how to recycle the composite materials used to make the new aircraft. However, the engineers should have plenty of time to figure it out, as it will likely be three decades before the planes are recycled.
