New Havas unit to focus on diversity

Havas is launching a multicultural shop called Totality that loops together the network's Euro RSCG Latino unit with personnel experienced in marketing to African-American and LGBT consumers, and lets the new agency draw on the multicultural media-planning and -buying expertise of MPG Diversity. Totality will be housed within the New York office of Havas' Arnold.
