$4.8B P3 project breaks ground in Texas

Work has begun on the first phase of the $4.8 billion, Interstate 35E expansion project in Texas. The 28-mile, two-phased 35Express, a public-private partnership being built by AGL Contractors, includes widening, reconstruction of the Belt Line interchange and the addition of a second bridge across Lewisville Lake. The first phase is slated for completion in early 2017.
