Adobe survey points to marketers' fractured focus

There is no consensus among marketers about what areas of the industry be the important over the coming years, according to a survey from Adobe. While marketers seemed to agree that events and public relations are losing importance, marketers pointed to social media, personalization, innovation, digital ads and cross-channel marketing as the most important areas in the next three years.
