Chicago's Fooda takes virtual cafeteria concept to NYC

Chicago-based Fooda will expand to New York City this month, with a "virtual cafeteria" concept that recruits a rotating cast of local restaurants to serve lunch at area offices. Former tech entrepreneur Orazio Buzza first launched the program in-house while he was CEO at Echo Global Logistics to give time-strapped staffers more diverse lunch options.
