Noble Energy says Colo. floods affected Q3 production

Noble Energy lost 2,000 barrels of oil equivalent in production in the third quarter due to heavy flooding in Colorado, the company said. Noble is also working to restart production at its wells in the state's Denver-Julesburg Basin that were affected by flooding. All of the company's rigs in Colorado are also operational.
