S.D. schools work to make meals more appetizing

In South Dakota and elsewhere, school nutrition professionals are overhauling their menus, introducing marketing techniques and taking other steps to encourage students to eat school meals. This comes after South Dakota schools served 4.3% fewer meals in 2012-13 than the year before, under new federal meal standards.
