Georgia amendment could clear the way for vouchers

Gov. Sonny Perdue has proposed an amendment to the state constitution that would revise a prohibition against the use of taxpayer money to benefit churches. Legal experts say the change could eliminate the most important legal obstacle to a school voucher system.
