H.J. Russell to keep leadership in the family

Earlier this week, Herman Russell, the construction mogul who has run Atlanta's largest minority firm since 1959, announced he is stepping down as CEO but will remain chairman of the board. His son Michael will take over operations of the national construction company that has helped develop projects such as Atlanta's Turner Field and Coca-Cola's headquarters.
