Federal government launches new Teacher-to-Teacher Workshops site

Earlier this week, the U.S. Department of Education unveiled a professional development Web site that will include streaming video sessions on instructional strategies, data-driven decision making and NCLB compliance. If their local and state officials approve, teachers may be able to get in-service or continuing education credits by taking the site's free courses.
