Travel, says that it is understandable for travel agents to feel overwhelmed as the economic downturn, weak dollar, increasing unemployment and other issues put pressure on sales. However, Risner says that with an effective plan, an agency can boost market share and sales while preparing the business for growth when the economy rebounds.
