In defense of vulnerability

Venture capitalist Anthony Tjan writes that he sees vulnerability not as a weakness but as a key trait of entrepreneurs, who willingly expose themselves to the possibility of failure. "The willingness to be vulnerable isn't driven by the desire for exposure, but by the possibility of what that exposure might lead to," he writes.
