Denver woos Frontier with job-creation incentives

Officials in Denver believe the city could land as many as 400 new jobs due to Republic Airways' takeover of Frontier Airlines. City leaders are putting together a package of tax credits and other incentives to lure Republic, but they stress that the airline must create new jobs to qualify -- not simply maintain the current employment level of its Frontier division.
