Grassley proposes tax relief for small businesses

Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, this week proposed a bill to offer tax relief so small businesses have more money to hire workers, create jobs and make investments. Grassley's staff estimated that less than one-half of 1% of the tax relief passed by Congress was directed to small business.
