Intel made right call by investing in factories, CEO says

Eight months after Intel invested $7 billion in three factories, President and CEO Paul Otellini said it was "absolutely" the right decision. Intel's February announcement came when the economy needed a boost, and it was so well received that President Barack Obama called Otellini to thank him. "Those factories are now in production -- two of them are and the other two are coming on line -- and the technology is stunning," Otellini said.
