Taliban claims responsibility for deadly Kabul bombing

Seventeen people died and 63 were injured after a car filled with explosives detonated near the Indian Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan. The Taliban reportedly claimed responsibility for the suicide attack, which Pakistan's Foreign Ministry flatly stated involved Pakistani militants. The blast marked the second time in less than 18 months the Indian compound has been targeted.
