Chevron's expansion plan for Kazakh field may be filed in 2011

Chevron's TengizChevroil may file a proposal next year for developing Kazakhstan's biggest oil-generating field, said Oil and Gas Minister Sauat Mynbayev. TengizChevroil seeks to allocate $15.2 billion to raise the field's production to 40.1 million tons annually after 2016, state-run KazMunaiGaz National said previously.
