Fla. voters will decide class-size issue in November

The Florida Supreme Court ruled Thursday that voters will decide Nov. 2 whether to keep the state's class-size requirement in place. The Florida Education Association had sought to pull the issue from the ballot. The requirement limits class sizes to between 18 and 25 students depending on the grade; the constitutional amendment would set limits on the average class size for the school.
