Health care reform isn't unconstitutional, judge rules

The federal government has the constitutional authority to compel every American to buy health insurance, a federal judge in Michigan ruled, saying the mandate to buy insurance falls within Congress' authority to regulate the insurance industry. Attorneys said they would appeal the ruling in what is one of more than a dozen legal cases challenging the legality of the PPACA.
