Be careful in discussing your political beliefs at work lest you damage relationships with your colleagues or boss -- or let it get in the way of your productivity, experts say. "Politics can be a very personal issue. It has the potential to get danders up, and it looks like we're shaping up for another very divisive election," said Anna Post, a spokeswoman for the Emily Post Institute.
