Chicago plans $100M riverwalk expansion

Chicago has proposed a $100 million expansion of the city's riverwalk along the Chicago River. The plan includes construction of an additional six blocks of walkway. "It is now time to celebrate this incredible waterway with the completion of the entire riverwalk project, from Lake Michigan to the confluence of the three branches," Mayor Rahm Emanuel said.
