Leftover bridge pontoons could become floating wetland

Two Seattle architects have proposed turning pontoons left over from an old bridge into a floating wetland on the Duwamish River. "I like to think of it as kind of a floating planter box," said architect Nicole Law. The current plan calls for the pontoons to be broken down and hauled away.
