CMS backs implementation of health messaging service in 4 states

Four states will be receiving a three-year contract from the CMS for the enrollment of Medicaid beneficiaries in the Text4baby program. Since its introduction in 2010, the free mobile service for pregnant women and mothers has transmitted more than 75 million health-related messages and alerts.
