Cuomo's ethics commission is seen by some as losing credibility

Some public interest groups say Gov. Andrew Cuomo's Commission to Investigate Public Corruption is being hampered by the state legislature and Cuomo's office itself and is losing credibility as a force for integrity in government as a result. Common Cause New York complained about "interference and micromanagement" of the commission in a letter to Cuomo and the state's attorney general, Eric Schneiderman.
