Dinneen: Big Oil's lawsuit over 2013 RFS target is "frivolous"

The American Petroleum Institute is suing the Environmental Protection Agency over the final 2013 Renewable Fuel Standard, saying it requires more cellulosic biofuels than what can be produced. Bob Dinneen, president and CEO of the Renewable Fuels Association, called the lawsuit, which was filed with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, "another frivolous effort by API to abuse the court system in their slavish effort to repeal a public policy that is working for farmers, gasoline marketers, and consumers."
